Privacy Policy

Who we are

Kratt is a WhatsApp-based operations assistant for contractors, built and operated by Domera OÜ ("Domera", "we", "us", or "our"). Our registered address is Tallinn, Estonia. You can reach us at support@domeramarketing.com.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. It applies to your use of the Kratt service at kratt.app and through WhatsApp.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated by your use of the service:

  • Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and trade type when you sign up.
  • Billing information: payment is processed by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer ID — we never see or store your full card details.
  • Conversation data: messages you send to Kratt via WhatsApp, including voice notes (which are transcribed and then discarded).
  • Calendar data: if you connect your Google Calendar, we access your calendar events — titles, times, descriptions, and attendees — to send you reminders and morning briefings. See the Google section below for full details.
  • Usage data: logs of how the service is used, for reliability and debugging purposes.

Google Calendar data

Kratt's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect your Google Calendar, Kratt requests read-only access to your calendar events using the following scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly — to read your calendar list and event details.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.readonly — to read individual events for reminders and briefings.

We only read your calendar. We never create, edit, or delete calendar events.

Calendar data is used solely to:

  • Send you appointment reminders before your scheduled meetings.
  • Send you a morning briefing on days you have appointments.
  • Help you add notes and context to appointments via WhatsApp.

We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the features listed above. We do not transfer, sell, or share your Google Calendar data with any third party except Twilio (our WhatsApp delivery provider), solely to deliver messages to you. Twilio does not retain message content beyond delivery.

You can revoke Kratt's access to your Google Calendar at any time through your Google Account permissions page or by contacting us at support@domeramarketing.com.

How we use your information

We use the data we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the Kratt service.
  • Send appointment reminders, morning briefings, and follow-up prompts via WhatsApp.
  • Process and manage your subscription through Stripe.
  • Respond to your support requests.
  • Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse of the service.
  • Improve reliability through error monitoring and usage logs.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data sharing and third parties

We share data only where necessary to operate the service:

  • Twilio: delivers WhatsApp messages on our behalf. Message content is transmitted to Twilio for delivery and is not retained by Twilio beyond that purpose.
  • Stripe: processes subscription payments. Subject to Stripe's own Privacy Policy.
  • Anthropic: powers the AI assistant. Conversation messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's Privacy Policy applies.
  • Supabase: our database infrastructure provider, hosting data in the EU.

We do not share your data with any other third parties unless required to do so by law.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, your data is scheduled for deletion within 90 days. Conversation history is retained to provide context to the assistant; you can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

Calendar data is not stored beyond what is needed to generate the current reminder or briefing. We do not maintain a permanent copy of your Google Calendar data.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict how we process your data.
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage, secure API communication (HTTPS/TLS), and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Kratt is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at kratt.app/privacy and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
