Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kratt, a WhatsApp-based operations assistant for contractors, operated by Domera OÜ ("Domera", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Tallinn, Estonia.
By signing up for or using the Kratt service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Kratt is a subscription-based AI assistant that connects to your WhatsApp number and, optionally, your Google Calendar. It helps you manage client follow-ups, appointment reminders, job notes, and morning briefings.
The service is intended for individual contractors and small trade businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use Kratt.
Account and access
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your WhatsApp number secure. Do not share access to your Kratt account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are violating these Terms or misusing the service.
Subscription and billing
Kratt is billed on a recurring monthly basis. The current pricing is:
- First month: $1 (trial period)
- Ongoing: $49/month
Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing your payment details, you authorise Domera to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices may change. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect on your subscription.
There are no refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@domeramarketing.com or through the cancellation link in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Kratt for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying software or AI models.
- Use the service to harass, deceive, or harm others.
- Attempt to circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
- Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written permission.
AI-generated content
Kratt uses AI to generate responses, reminders, and summaries. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing any AI output before acting on it. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI responses.
Google Calendar integration
If you connect your Google Calendar, you grant Kratt read-only access to your calendar events. We use this solely to deliver reminders and briefings to you. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or by contacting us. Our use of Google data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Intellectual property
The Kratt software, brand, and all associated content are owned by Domera OÜ. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your personal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
You retain ownership of any data you input into the service, including messages and job notes.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Kratt available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not make changes that materially reduce the core functionality without informing you in advance.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Domera OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via WhatsApp at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
